Damaris began her career as an Electrical and Process Engineer for 13 years in the private sector before coming to the defense industry. She began her career with GMRE in the Commercial Derivative Aircraft Division (CDAD) proving engineering support for the RC-26 aircraft. From there she has moved on to also support the C-130 and KC-135 programs.
Damaris found GMRE has been a great place to continue developing her career, providing more growth and opportunities within various roles and projects.
