GMRE Employee Spotlight: Spencer Anderson

(Warner Robbins, GA) August 2, 2022 – GMRE is proud to congratulate Spencer Anderson as the GMRE DCGS Employee of the Quarter April-June 2022. 

Spencer Anderson is a Senior Equipment Specialist (ES) assigned to the DCGS branch at Robins AFB, GA.  Spencer is responsible for supporting multiple programs within the ST ACAT of DCGS.    During this time period, he has created or edited the technical content of more than 30 Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) for modifications to the Weapon System.  His efforts culminated with the Configuration Control Board (CCB) approval and release of 13 of those TCTOs. He prioritized support for projects in Rapid Information Manager (RIM), SIGINT Mission Capability Bundle (SMCB) version 2.1, Deployable Ground Intercept Facility (DGIF) Divestiture, Sensor Enterprise Asset Manager (SEAM) Data Ingest Service (DIS) ensuring that all timelines were met.  These projects were in addition to an Urgent Action TCTO for Crew Communications, which he closely monitored to verify that sites submitted completion documents.  Not only did Spencer complete tasks within his assigned area, but also backfilled support for Hanscom AFB while the Hanscom assigned ES was deployed on military orders.  Additionally, Spencer aggressively pursued his Engineering leads to review 160+ Deficiency Reports in preparation for an upcoming DR review board.  His efforts continue to bring the ACAT DR status closer to a large reduction in open DRs.  Spencer and his wife, Tiffany, have three children and have resided in Georgia for 10 years.
