Kari Hopper, Benefits & Leave Administrator, is celebrating 12 years with GMRE! Kari came to GMRE in 2011 after being recruited from her previous role as an office manager for a custom home builder. Upon joining GMRE, Kari was an Administrative Assistant before moving to her current role as the Benefits & Leave Administrator. Since 2018 she has run the group benefits program, managing enrollments, monitoring usage and communicating with employees regularly to ensure they’re taking advantage of all the benefits offered. Additionally, she manages all leaves of absence, the wellness programs and employment law compliance.

Outside of work, Kari spends time with her family, including her new grandbaby! We’re proud to have her in the GMRE family and are grateful for her hard work and dedication to the team. Thanks Kari for a great 12 years, here’s to 12 more!
