GMRE Inc. recently completed another National Industrial Security Program (NISP) audit at the new Fishers, Indiana location with the Department of Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), also receiving a Superior rating at this location.
Similar to the previous DCSA audit at GMRE Headquarters in Ogden, Utah, an audit was also conducted at the GMRE Fishers, Indiana location. The process remained the same, and was focused on identifying potential gaps in security controls. The criteria for receiving a superior rating, the highest rating offered, reflects the facility’s effectiveness in protecting classified information. Criteria for superior and commendable ratings use a whole-company approach spanning four security posture categories: NISPOM Implementation, Management Support, Security Awareness, and Security Community. All criteria must be achieved at the rating level to be assigned that rating.
“After a lot of preparation, we’re excited to receive the Superior rating at the new Fishers, Indiana office. The team went above and beyond to ensure all things were in place in order to receive our second Superior rating of the year.”
– Philip Bies, Facility Security Officer.
GMRE recognizes the importance of receiving a second Superior rating. The team is committed to excellence and ensuring security is at the forefront of everything we do.
